One glance at our social media and blog posts will let you know that here at Bobtrade, we get very excited about anything that increases the efficiency of on and off site construction work. If there is a way to combine manual and automated labour for the greater good of a project we are all over it! So, without further delay, say hello to the EZ Renda!

Cement rendering is time consuming and involves a great deal of labour costs. It's a job that requires a great deal of skill to get right and we all know that highly skilled workers come with a higher hourly rate.

EZ Renda is a way of coating brick walls with the greatest possible efficiency.

As well as being satisfying to watch, the EZ Renda works at a 30% greater capacity than other models.

With an improved hydraulic system, this means constant steady output pressure with the ability to produce ⅓ more rendering output than competing machines, or even manual labour.

"EZ Renda produces a constant steady output of pressure at 1/3 more than other competing machines."

There are a couple of special features which also make the EZ Renda a unique piece of construction technology. For starters, there is no need to spot the bottom part of the tech when using it on site. The EZ Renda is equipped with a one of a kind positioning system.

As well as remote control technology. The technician can electrically control the master trowel without having to lay hands on the machine. This will assist in a reduction in labour costs.

With its increased speed and accuracy, you’re looking at an incredibly efficient piece of construction technology. Not only this, you are not transforming your site in to a purely automated operation, the EZ Renda still requires manual labour to program it. A wonderful example of man and machine working together for a brighter and more efficient future.

What else puts the EZ Renda apart and ahead of other rendering machines? Well, the rendering process begins 12.5cm from the ground. More than 10 cm lower than other models.

There is so much to be said of the EZ Renda. It looks cool, it works fast and it allows a manual and automated workforce to work seamlessly.

This is not the first innovation of construction technology to serve the industry in this way. As well as rendering, bricklaying robots are fast becoming a must have on many construction sites.

The machines are coming!

They’re here to lend a hand to improve the efficiency and safety of construction sites around the world. Are you ready?
